My mission is simple: to help athletes, professionals, and everyday people reach peak performance and improve their overall quality of life through something I call The Stack. Your stack is composed of the small, daily habits that you engage in. Factors like exercise, nutrition, hydration, and recovery are some of the building blocks that make up your stack. As your trainer/coach, my mission is to help you integrate these healthy habits into your daily life. I combine smart, progressive programming with real-world schedules and accountability to make your goals achievable - whether you're a seasoned athlete looking to become 1% better, chasing your first pull-up, or transitioning from injury recovery back into your sport or lifestyle. Every plan is tailored to your needs, schedule, and resources so you can train effectively without sacrificing the things that matter most.

ABOUT

Kodie Slivoskey

I’m Kodie Slivoskey, founder of Slivo Training Co. and an online/in-person trainer. I’m originally from Phoenix, Arizona, but have lived in several places — including North Dakota, Finland, Maryland, West Virginia, England, Florida, Texas, and now Utah.

Sports have been a constant in my life since I was five years old, when I first put on football pads. That passion carried me all the way to England, where I earned my Sports and Exercise Science degree while continuing to play football at a competitive level. Along the way, I’ve faced my share of injuries — each one teaching me more about the body’s resilience. My personal experience with treatments, therapies, surgeries, pain management, and rehabilitation has shaped my deep appreciation for the science behind prehab, rehab, and long-term maintenance — knowledge I now use to help my clients stay healthy, recover stronger, and perform at their best.

 

When I’m not training clients or working out, you can usually find me with my loving wife, Kaleigh, as we enjoy our first years of marriage together. Family means everything to me, and I’m grateful for the strong, supportive connections I’ve had all my life. I’m also an animal lover, foodie, and adventurer at heart — whether it’s playing football, hiking, hitting the gym, chasing adrenaline-pumping thrills, or exploring the outdoors. I love live music, traveling to new places, and making memories wherever life takes me.

In 2025, the average annual salary in the U.S. is $66,662. Considering this, the cost for a full year of training is $3,000 or 4.5%. If you break that down into a monthly percentage of $250, that is 0.37%. By investing 4.5%, you will be on your way to the benefits listed below. The Stack is a branded concept I created which serves as a motivational framework + coaching tool that people can instantly visualize, because reaching your goals is just like building a tower.

 

The Stack conisists of a collection of daily and weekly habits, actions, and choices that build toward your end goal. Every positive action you take—training, sleeping well, fueling your body, staying hydrated—adds another block. Keep stacking consistently, and your tower grows taller and stronger. Skip the essentials, and The Stack slows down or even skips backwards. The height of The Stack directly reflects how close you are to your end goal.

Your goal? That’s the top of the tower. Together, we’ll figure out what blocks you need, how to stack them, and how high we can build over the course of your program.

So when you hear me say, “Let’s keep stacking,”—that’s the mission. Build block by block until you reach the top.
